REVELLERS packed into one of Hampshire’s market towns for its Christmas lights switch-on.
Wickham was illuminated with twinkling lights which filled the night sky at the popular annual event.
Santa arrived to greet the crowds in a white horse-drawn carriage and there was festive fun for all ages throughout the evening.
Carol singing, seasonal refreshments and late night shopping all on offer in The Square.
Excited youngsters had the chance to meet Santa in his grotto to tell him what was on their wish list, as well as to take part in face-painting and crafts.
The family-friendly event was organised by Wickham Parish Council.
