Police were called to the A31 in the New Forest after reports of a Land Rover crashing into the central reservation of the road.
Lane two of the road, heading eastbound towards Stoney Cross, has been closed while the scene is assessed.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said there were no obvious injuries to anyone involved and that Highways were on the scene dealing with barrier damage.
