A SOUTHAMPTON man found with multiple drugs has avoided jail despite breaching a previous suspended order.

Montel Graham was caught on November 11 with quantities of heroin, cocaine and cannabis when he was searched by officers.

It breached an offence the 19-year-old was convicted of in September when he appeared at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court.

Then he was found to be in possession of an unregulated item while in prison.

However, magistrates sitting in Southampton opted not to activate the suspended sentence he had received due to his work with probation since he had left jail.

Graham, of Howell Close, Northam, was made the subject of a six month community order, by the magistrates.

Graham, who pleaded guilty to the four charges, was also fined £200 and ordered to pay £85 costs plus an £85 victim surcharge.
