A hunt has been launched for a man who broke into a Southampton home and made off with a games console and a laptop.
A couple at the address on Howard Road were awoken when the man had entered the house.
One of the victims, a 30-year-old man, went to investigate and confronted the intruder, who then escaped with an Xbox One and Macbook Pro from the couple’s living room.
The man has been described as white, pale and aged between 30 and 35-years-old after the incident, which took place between 2.50am and 3.10am on December 11, although police have now released the details.
He is approximately 5ft 8ins tall with a stubbly or bald head.
Police also say he is described as chubby.
A statement from Hampshire Constabulary added: “He was described as wearing a dark sweatshirt with a light logo on the chest, and reddish work gloves.
“Officers would like to identify the man pictured in order to speak with him about the incident.”
