THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates’ Court:

BERNADETTE LAURA KIM WILSON, 25, of Dempsey Close, Southampton. Found guilty of assault. A community order was made with a fine of £5.

THOMAS EDMOND BOURNE, 33, NFA. Indicated plea of guilty to stealing five bottles of alcohol from Waitrose and jointly stealing three gin sets from John Lewis. Conditional discharge for 12 months. £20 victim surcharge.

KIEREN PATRICK FARRELL, 19, of Woodgreen Walk, Calmore. Guilty to drink driving. Fined £150 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned for 18 months.

MARCIN ZUBOWICZ, 34, of Denzil Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing meat and washing products from Sainsburys. Community order including an unpaid work requirement. Ordered to pay £45.06 compensation and £85 costs.

CALLUM NATHAN DORE, 18, of Bramshott Road, Southampton. Guilty of threatening behaviour. Fined £140 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

KRZYSZTOF NOWODZINSKI, 57, of Graham Street, Southampton. Guilty to threatening behaviour. Fined £100 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ANDRIUS RAIBIKIS, 34, of Bracklesham Close, Southampton. Guilty to drink driving. Community order was made including an unpaid work requirement. Costs of £85 and banned for 27 months.

KAYUM SULTAN ALIZADA, 45, of North Front, Southampton.Guilty to disorderly behaviour in public while drunk. Fined £60 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

WAYNE DANIEL CULL, 38, of Cranbury Avenue, Southampton. Guilty to possession of crack cocaine and diamorphine, both class A drugs, as well as stealing jumpers from M&S and meat and alcohol from Sainsburys. Committed to prison for six weeks.

KURTIS ROGER LAKE, 21, of Sholing Road, Southampton. Indicated plea of guilty to carrying a blade. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. £115 victim surcharge with £85 costs.

PETER HENRY LEONARD BROWN, 25, of Wales Street, Winchester. Indicated plea of guilty to stealing groceries from Tesco. Fined £100. £30 victim surcharge.

JAMIE ANDREW RICHARD CLOSE, 30, of Warburton Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to use of threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Fined £90 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

AARON SAMUEL BIDDLECOMBE, 41, of Pointout Close, Southampton. Admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements. Fined £25.

STANISLAVA ASPARUHOVA PETROVA, 30, of Honeysuckle Road, Southampton. Found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle alledged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £660 with £66 victim surcharge and £150 costs. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

LEONARD KILBY, 40, NFA. Pleaded guilty to stealing a purse containing bank cards, driving licence and £80 cash and fraud. Committed to prison for 20 weeks with £115 compensation.

NEIL JORDAN BRAKE, 20, of Dinham Road, New Milton. Pleaded guilty to stealing an electric razor from Boots. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. £20 victim surcharge.

CRAIG JAMES FISHER, 30, of Colby Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to fraud and stealing groceries from Iceland. Committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 24 months. £343.74 compensation and £115 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

DARREN JOHN HOPWOOD, 37, of Plantation Drive, Christchurch, Dorset. Pleaded guilty to driving without a licence. Fined £140 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.
