ON 27 July the Daily Echo reported on the local Nimby protests against a new slimline mobile phone mast in West End.
I, for one, look forward to the improved phone reception this mast will bring, as I currently receive only a feeble signal at my home in the village.
I must also point out that the two such masts already operating at the junction of West End High Street with the A27 are barely noticeable among the street lights, traffic lights and other street furniture,.
I am not aware of any fellow residents of West End suffering any actual health, property devaluation or other problems as a result of these masts.
