A WINCHESTER man has received a criminal behaviour order banning him from begging.
Magistrates in Basingstoke agreed the CBO for five years against Adam Pieri, 41, now of no fixed abode.
Police applied for the order and the court heard Pieri had recently received a conviction for assault, shoplifting, three counts of racially aggravated harassment and twice urinating in public.
Pieri must now no longer act in an aggressive and anti-social way in Winchester, drink in public or beg for money, magistrates said.
