DRIVERS on a major Hampshire road are facing delays of up to 50 minutes due to a broken down van.
The vehicle is blocking one lane on the westbound A31, near to Picket Post.
Traffic bosses say the closure is causing long delays as far back as junction one of the M27, Cadnam.
