Rudi Reuben Williams, 28, of Cunningham Crescent, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to refusing to stop his vehicle when required by police. Fined £400 with £620 costs and £40 victim services surcharge. Also found guilty of driving while using a mobile phone. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points, £200 fine.

Kelly Joanne Dimmick, 43, of Birch Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault. Committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months. Also pleaded guilty to second offence of assault. Committed to prison for six weeks (consecutive), suspended for 12 months.

Amy Louise Waldock, 24, of Whitelaw Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing cosmetics valued at £99.59 from Superdrug. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months. Also told to pay victim services surcharge of £115.

Ian Dromey, 53,of Testwood Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possessing controlled class B drug. Community order, including requirement to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work, £85 costs, £85 victim services surcharge.

Dwain Charles Ward, 34, of Trinity Street, Fareham. Pleaded guilty to stealing £75 from Poundland. Committed to prison for 12 months, suspended for 12 months, £75 compensation order, £85 costs.

Ian Patrick Flanagan, 35, Titchbourne Road, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to possessing controlled class A drug. Community order, £100 costs. Also pleaded guilty to second offence of possessing class A controlled drug. Community order. Also pleaded guilty to handling stolen goods. Community order.

Phillip Michael John Meek, 28, of Kent Street, Southampton. Admitted harassment. Community order, restraining order, £85 costs, £85 victim services surcharge.

Paul Anthony Smith, 48,of Millbrook Road West, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing sunglasses and iPod. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, £285 compensation order. Mark Andrew John Biersack, 34, of Tavistock Close, Romsey. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with supervision order imposed following release from prison. Fined £180, £60 costs.

Eli Foster, 21, of High Street, Stockbridge. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Banned from driving for 12 months, fined £280, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to without insurance, no separate penalty.

Marcus Lee Garvey O’Neill, 30, of HMP Winchester, Romsey Road, Winchester. Admitted possessing Spice and, along with two others, stealing £260 of clothes from JD Sports. Sentenced to seven days in prison, ordered to pay £115 compensation.

Mark Christopher Garth, 49, of HMP Winchester, Romsey Road, Winchester. Admitted attempting to trespass with intent to steal from Mackenzie Smith. Sentenced to seven days in prison, ordered to pay £115 compensation.

Jay Fernandez, 22, of Westfield Avenue, Fareham. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage. Restraining order, fined £100, £250 compensation, £85 costs.

Carl Stephen Young, 38, of Westview House, Hyde Gate, Winchester. Pleaded guilty to assault. Community order, restraining orders, victim surcharges totalling £170.

Russell John Winter, 51, of Home Mead, Denmead. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Banned from driving for a year, fined £360, £36 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
