THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates’ Court:

Daniel Skoyles, 37, of Threefield Lane, Southampton. Found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver alleged to have caused an offence. Fined £180 and ordered to pay £100 costs and £30. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Joshua Francis, 21, of French Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault and damaging two doors. Discharged conditionally for two years and ordered to pay £500 compensation.

David Crowhurst, 52, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with notification requirements as part of the Sexual Offences Act 2003. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

Rory Hatch, 35, of Burgoyne Road, Thornhill. Pleaded guilty to being concerned in the production of cannabis plants. Community order made. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £85 costs.

Scott Shaw, 46, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to breaching a domestic violence protection order. Fined £125.

Diana Ward, 25, of Watergall, Peterborough. Pleaded guilty to stealing £288 worth of sports clothing belonging to JD Sports. Fined £140, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Kathleen McDonagh, 24, of Cherry Trees Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Pleaded guilty to stealing £288 worth of sports clothing belonging to JD Sports. Fined £140. Ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

Stuart Casey, 31, of no fixed abode. Admitted breaching the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. New order made.

Andrew Woolven, 55, of Avenue Road, Lymington. Pleaded guilty to drink driving and without insurance. Fined £140, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 40 months.

Adrian Owen Cotten, 52 of Church Road, Bishopstoke. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault. Community order made, fined £30 and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Liam Fearnley, 18, of Gilpin Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of threatening behaviour and harassment. Community order and restraining orders made. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Lamwell Chapoka, 37, Alma Road, Southampton. Found guilty of damaging a glass window panel and front door. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and given a restraining order. Ordered to pay £285 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £620 costs.

Mamadou Saedou Bah, 22, of Cranbury Avenue, Southampton. Found guilty of assault. Committed to prison for eight weeks. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

Noel Dalgetty, 22, of Newman Street, Shirley. Pleaded guilty to failing to stop his car when asked to be a police officer, driving while uninsured, and driving while disqualified. Committed to prison for four months. Banned from driving for 18 months. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

Iain Gerald Trott, 48, of Cranwell Court, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bike valued at £400. Ordered to pay £400 compensation.

Anthony Bartholomew Aherne, 55, of Derby Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Banned from driving for 30 months. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
