THE Daily Echo jobs fair returns to Southampton today.

Between 10am and 3pm at the Novotel in Southampton, exhibitors and visitors will attend the hotel for a range of advice from employers.

Throughout the day there will be stalls and seminars as well as guidance on a variety of topics.

CV and interview tips will also feature as visitors can pick up alerts on jobs that may be available.

The free event will feature stands from an array of employers and training organisations offering a mix of both full-time and part-time positions.

The Daily Echo Jobs Board will be displaying hundreds of current vacancies throughout the day.

Representatives from the National Careers Service (NCS) will also be in attendance to offer advice to those looking for work.

The NCS are holding three seminars across the day to offer help in all areas of securing work.

How to write a winning CV runs from 10.30am and 1.30pm; Successful Job Seeking runs from 11.30am and Top Interview Techniques follows at 12.30pm.

The Daily Echo jobs fair is the latest in a series of events held around Southampton over the past few years.

The Novotel event follows those at Southampton Guildhall in September last year, and previous events in March 2017.

For employers, the job fair is an opportunity to promote their company and meet potential employees, while for visitors, it is a chance to take their step towards a potentially new career.
