AROUND 50 tyres have been dumped outside a housing complex in North Baddesley.
According to residents, police attended the scene at the back of St Boniface Court in Fleming Avenue late last night.
Just yards from a children's play area, the tyres are in two piles at the back of the court backing onto a woodland area.
Baddesley councillor Alan Dowden said the dumping had 'appalled him'.
He added: "It's the taxpayer who is going to have to pay for this to be cleared up."
