POLICE say they will take no further action over an allegation involving a teenager, accused of committing an "indecent act" in a public road.
The 16-year-old had previously been reported for summons following the alleged incident in Chandler's Ford.
But police say there will be "no further action" taken against the teenager.
It follows the alleged incident at around 1pm on Sunday March 11, in Highfield Road, Chandler's Ford.
Police, who appealed for witnesses, said no one else was involved.
