A THIEF breached a suspended sentence after stealing beer and spirits.
Phillip Campbell-Morrison stole two bottles of Jack Daniels whiskey and four cans of Stella from Tesco, on High Street, Lymington on May 5.
On same day, the 24-year-old assaulting a constable while he was at Southampton Central Police Station.
This breached an order made by Dorset Magistrates' Court after Campbell-Morrison was sentenced for assaulting two police officers and causing criminal damage.
Campbell-Morrison, of Westover Road, Bournemouth, had his sentence extended to 16 weeks imprisonment, suspended for 18 months.
He was also ordered to pay £106.10 compensation.
