A MAN was caught driving a pregnant woman while more than three times the drink drive limit.
When Marius Dogaru, of Kildare Close, Bordon, was tested by officers on Warren Crescent, Southampton, he was found to have 123mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath - the limit is 35mg.
It was the second time in three years that the 37-year-old was caught driving while over the limit.
He was sentenced to eight weeks imprisonment, suspended for 12 months as well as being disqualified from driving for 50 months at Southampton Magistrates' Court.
Dogaru was also ordered to pay £85 costs and £115 victim surcharge.
