FORMER Alresford Town and Winchester City co-boss Danny Robinson has added the FA Vase to his impressive CV.
Robinson's Thatcham Town are celebrating a famous victory after overcoming Stockton Town 1-0 at Wembley this afternoon.
It crowns a remarkable season for the former Wessex League club who, under the guidance of Robinson and his assistant Andy Darnton, also won the Hellenic Premier Division to book their place in the Southern League.
A first-half penalty from Shane Cooper-Clark, his 62nd goal of a prolific season, saw Thatcham triumph under The Arch.
Included in the victorious Kingfishers side were former Blackfield & Langley winger Ekow Elliott and Curtis Angell, who played for Andover and AFC Totton.
Delighted ex-Bashley man Darnton tweeted: "Thank you to all the players and management staff for making today such a memorable occasion. FA Vase winners 2018 get in"
