TWO men have been charged with attempted murder following a stabbing in Southampton city centre.

Emergency services rushed to Watts Park after a 42-year-old man was stabbed in the neck between 2pm and 4pm on Thursday, March 30, 2017.

Cordons were set up and pictures from the scene show forensic officers searching the park.

Police have now revealed that three men have been charged in connection with the incident.

  • Che Yethman-Spaine, aged 19, from High Road, Tottenham, London, has been charged with attempted murder, conspiracy to supply heroin, conspiracy to supply cocaine, and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
  • Callum Jeremiah Edwards, 18, from Spigurnell Road, Tottenham, has been charged with attempted murder, conspiracy to supply heroin, conspiracy to supply cocaine, and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, possession of criminal property, and possessing ammunition for a firearm without a certificate.
  • Miron Ramadani, 19, from Risley Avenue, Wood Green, London, has been charged with possession of criminal property, conspiracy to supply heroin, and conspiracy to supply cocaine.

All three have been remanded in custody and will appear at Southampton Crown Court on June 22.
