IKEA has announced a recall of its £400 bikes following a string of incidents.
The Swedish furniture giant, which has a store in Southampton, says there could be faults with the chains on its Sladda bikes.
It comes after users reported that the bike's belt "suddenly snapped" when someone is riding, causing people to fall off.
Ikea has sold 6,000 Sladda bicycles for a starting price of £400 in 26 countries - including the UK - since launching in 2016.
The flat-pack furniture brand says it will offer customers a full refund if they return them to any store.
So far 11 accidents have been reported, with two victims suffering minor injuries.
Those who own Sladda accessories - which is still being sold online - will also be reimbursed for their purchases.
The bikes have since been removed from Ikea's website.
