RE £30,000 for a city 'story' (Echo, June 9).
Really? Broken, dangerous paving slab, no tourist info, drunks/beggars/homeless folk...
The filth around the city is disgusting! I tripped over a beer bottle this morning. There's no proper bus depot, empty shops in high street.
Cllr Kaur lives in a bubble. Many years ago Ocean Village was lovely, a place to enjoy Southampton water. Indeed Mayflower park in the '60s was awesome with the Cunard liners.
The Aviation museum is in wrong place, hidden away, it should have been incorporated in Sea City, which is losing money.
Councillors, take a walk around with your eyes open!
