THOUSANDS of cyclists took to the streets of Southampton to take part in a biking extravaganza.
Residents of all ages toured the streets of the city and rode with friends and family in a traffic-free environment as the popular Let’s Ride returned.
There was live music, food, drinks, games and lots of activities at the event which started in Guildhall Square.
More activities were also run at Common Park, including a mountain bike stunt show and a workshop to teach children to cycle.
The free initiative aimed to encourage people to get out of their cars and cycle more and was organised by HSBC and British Cycling.
