A RINGWOOD man has died after a crash on the A31 this morning.
The fatal collision took place on the A31 eastbound, at Ringwood.
Shortly after midnight on Tuesday, June 19, a white Vauxhall Corsa CDTi was involved in a collision with a pedestrian, prior to the Salisbury Road roundabout.
The pedestrian, a 46-year-old man, from Ringwood, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the next of kin have been informed and formal identification procedures are continuing.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesman said: "Investigations into the exact circumstances of the collision are ongoing."
