MOTORISTS are facing queues on a Southampton road as firefighters are battling a blaze.
Emergency services rushed to Kanes Hill after reports of a fire on the ground floor of a property.
Crews from Hightown and St Mary's fire station are currently at the scene.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service is urging residents to avoid the area as traffic is starting to build up.
The cause of the fire is still unknown.
No-one was injured.
