Yarmouth RNLI was launched this morning to a 30ft motor yacht that was stuck aground at Newtown Creek.
YARMOUTH RNLI Lifeboat was launched this morning (Saturday) after a yacht got stuck at Newtown Creek.
The 30ft motor yacht was firmly aground, and as the lifeboat crew arrived, they concluded the best thing to do was wait for high water and re-float the vessel.
The lifeboat returned to station and launched again at midday, this time able to successfully recover the stranded yacht and complete the mission.
