FIREFIGHTERS rushed to help a three-year-old girl who became trapped in a car.
The youngster was accidentally locked inside a vehicle in Fairmead Way in Totton just after 9.15am.
She released after spending several minutes inside the vehicle.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service was alerted at 9.17am and used a spare set of keys to free the child, who was unharmed.
Crews were on the scene until 9.34am.
One of the fighters said the child became trapped after the car self-locked with the driver's keys inside the vehicle.
