RESIDENTS are invited to take part in a festival aimed at supporting people suffering from cancer.
The Legacy Festival is set to take place at Highbridge Farm Eastleigh, Otterbourne from July 20 to 22.
As previously reported, the event was set up by Lyndsey Rowe, from Bishopstoke, after her son Lloyd Green lost a five-year battle against cancer.
The 34-year-old had only one month left to complete a course at Eastleigh College and become a counsellor.
But he could not make his dream come true and died from a brain tumour in November 2015.
The year later, his mum Lyndsey set up the Legacy Festival in Eastleigh in a bid to support other people suffering from cancer and offer them free counselling.
Now she is inviting the community to this year’s event and stressed that the festival aims to bring joy.
