Cosmin Ciausu, 38, of Bitterne Road West, Southampton. Found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver alleged to be guilty of an offence. Driving record endorsed with six points, fined £300, with £400 costs and £30 victim services surcharge.

John Paul Howett, 40, of Hunts Pond Road, Park Gate. Found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver alleged to be guilty of an offence. Driving record endorsed with six points, fined £300 with £400 costs and £30 victim services surcharge.

Christopher David Andrew Miley, 59, of Paynes Lane, Fair Oak. Found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver alleged to be guilty of an offence. Driving record endorsed with six points, fined £150 with £310 costs and £30 victim services surcharge.

Peter John Power, 42, of Walkers Lane North. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer. Community order, £50 compensation order. Also pleaded guilty to second count of assaulting a police officer. Community order, £50 compensation order. Also pleaded guilty to assault. Community order, £85 costs.

James Frederick Douglas Taylor, 30, of Lydgate Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. Committed to prison for four months, £50 compensation order.
