The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates Court on July 24, 2018.

Kamran Tehrani, 57, of Orchard Lane, Southampton, was found guilty of trading as a taxi without a license and not holding valid insurance. Fined £800, ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £4,134.15 costs.

Chantelle Liane Geddes, 29, of Warburton Road, Thornhill, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breath sample while under suspicion of drink driving. Banned from driving for 16 months. Fined £100, ordered to pay £85 costs.

Ryan Michael Ronald Mundy, 37, of Court Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty of being drunk and disorderly. Fined £50, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Barnabas Omaku, 34, of Derby Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention and a Peugeot 207 driving without a license to drive a vehicle of that class. Fined £100, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £250 costs. Also received six points on his driving license.

Phoebe Alexandra Irwin Ponsford, 18, of Otter Close, Bishopstoke, pleaded guilty to drink driving. banned from driving for 12 months. Fined £140, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Austrius Statiunas, 26, of Woolwich Close, Bursledon, pleaded guilty to drug driving. Banned from driving for 12 months. Fined £120, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Matthew Allan Wedgner, 41, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to assault and theft of a bottle of wine worth £7.69 from Co-op. Committed to prison for three months, ordered to pay £100 compensation.

Emma Louise Burden, 35, of Weavers Place, Chandler’s Ford, pleaded guilty to drink driving. Banned from driving for two years. Fined £140, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Anna Maria Kasperska, 37, of Burlington Mansions, Shirley, benefit fraud. Fined £175, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Sean Felix Mcnally, 27, of South East Road, Sholing, pleaded guilty to drink driving. Banned from driving for three years. Fined £500, ordered to pay £50 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Jonathan Bissett, 19, of Burnett Close, Hythe, was proven guilty on absence of driving without insurance. Fined £200, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £110 costs.

Craig Byfield, of Springfield, Awbridge, was proven guilty in absence of driving without insurance. Fined £200, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £110 costs.

Karl John Joseph Cummings, 34, of Camelia Gardens, Southampton, was proven guilty in absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road. Fined £600, ordered to pay £205.84 back duty, ordered to pay £90 costs.

Margaret Ridden Fielden, 53, of Harefield Road, Southampton, was proven guilty in absence of driving without insurance. Fined £200, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £110 costs.

Dale Christopher Hansford, 24, of Brackley Way, Totton, was proven guilty in absence of driving without insurance. Fined £200, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £110 costs.

Mark Donald Harrison, 55, of Hangar Road, Tadley, was proven guilty in absence of driving without insurance. Fined £200, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £110 costs.

Abdulkadir A Ibrahim, 40, of Clarence Road, Southampton, was proven guilty in absence of driving without insurance. Fined £200, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £110 costs.

Peter David Shillingford, 56, of Wrekin Close, Basingstoke, was proven guilty in absence of driving without insurance. Fined £200, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £110 costs.

Ben Winduss, 32, of York Avenue, East Cowes, was proven guilty in absence of driving without insurance. Fined £200, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £110 costs.

Christopher Lee, 28, of Malory Close, Southampton, pleaded guilty to three counts of assault, and criminal damage, Community order made including 400 hours unpaid work. Ordered to pay £450 compensation, £85 costs.

Georgina Catherine Sykes, 52, of Bickton Lane, Bickton pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath to police. banned from driving for one month. Fined £120, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £50 costs.

Charlene Heath, 37, of Africa Drive, Marchwood, pleaded guilty to speeding. Licence endorsed with three points. Fined £100, ordered to pay £30 Victim surcharge.
