POLICE are re-appealing for the public’s help to trace a wanted man who has links to Hampshire..

Billy Carlile, who is aged 34 and of no fixed address, is wanted in connection with an assault.

He has links to Hemel Hempstead and the Portsmouth area of Hampshire.

Anyone who has seen Billy, or has information on his whereabouts, is asked to contact the non-emergency number 101.
