A CAR has been severely destroyed after bursting into flames this morning.
Firefighters raced to Southampton Sports Centre after receiving reports of a car ablaze shortly before 1am.

Fire crews were called in the early hours to put out.

According to Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service, a vehicle was severely destroyed by fire.
One crew from Redbridge Fire Station attended the incident in a Dunkirk Road car park.
Police have been notified.
The stop message came in at 1.04am.
