A car burst into flames as the driver approached a motorway junction.
One lane of the A34 southbound in Winchester was closed by police due to the fire yesterday evening.
The incident has since been cleared, and all lanes reopened.

As reported, delays were building in the area as traffic approaches junction 9 of the M3.
One lane of dual-carriageway A34 was running but officers warned the incident would cause "extensive delays".
