AN aircraft that took part in the Vietnam war is flying into Hampshire today for the start of a three-day show.
Huey 509 will be one of the star attractions at Trucks & Troops, which is being held at the National Motor Museum, Beaulieu.
The 36-year-old aircraft is said to be the only privately owned Huey that saw service in Vietnam and is still airworthy.
Visitors to the show will be able to see the aircraft and chat to the crew.
Other planes taking part include two veterans of the Second World War. A Lancaster bomber will stage a fly-past at 2.55pm today and a Spitfire will roar over Beaulieu at 4.10pm tomorrow.
The Royal Armouries Museum, Fort Nelson, will exhibit a Sexton SP gun and a 105mm Pak Howitzer that were captured during the Falklands conflict.
