THE MAN who will be standing as the Liberal Democrat prospective parliamentary candidate for Southampton Itchen has been named.
He is 45-year-old David Goodall, pictured, who has already contested the constituency after standing in the last general election against Southampton Itchen MP John Denham.
Mr Goodall, who works at Roke Manor Research, said: "I am extremely pleased to be the candidate for Southampton Itchen again, as it is an area I have known all my life."
Mr Goodall is a school governor at Townhill Infant School and an Eastleigh borough councillor in West End, where he lives with his wife and their two children.
