IF you enjoy quiz nights, it's not too late to join in Saturday night's (June 9) event at Longburrow Hall at 7.30 for 8pm. Let Ann Sherman, (01494) 482344, know you will be coming either tonight or Saturday morning. Tickets cost £6 and include a ploughman's supper. Bring your own team of six-to-eight, or come along as individuals and you will be made welcome and found a team to join. All proceeds are in aid of the Day Centre.

STOKENCHURCH Youth and Community Centre in Bartholomew Tipping Way will be the venue for the Ladies Evening next Wednesday, 7.30pm to 10.30pm, when you are invited to go along and find out more about aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage and Reika. You can also have your fortune told and a make-up make-over. Tickets for this event are £2.50 in advance, £3 on the door, and include a drink and snacks. A group of five will be charged for four tickets. If you feel like pampering yourself, you can get advance tickets from the Spar shop (Palmers) or Ibstone School.

STOKENCHURCH annual village fete will be held on Saturday, June 16, on the Common. More details next week.
