A HAMPSHIRE woman has today been given an Asbo after being convicted of repeated anti-social behaviour.

Cheryl Holtham, 33, will not be able to go into any shop, pub, library or commercial property anywhere in the country, if they write to police and ask for her to be banned.

She has also been barred from drinking or carrying an open alcohol container in public anywhere in the borough for the next three years, and causing harassment, alarm or distress to others.

Fareham magistrates granted the anti-social behaviour order as they sentenced her for arson, shoplifting, racially aggravated threatening behaviour and two counts of assaulting a police officer.

Police want anyone who sees Holtham, of Frosthole Crescent, Fareham, breaking the terms of her Asbo to report her by calling Fareham police station on 0845 045 4545.
