Just Who's that K-9, Isabelle?
FANS of sci-fi series Doctor Who were able to meet some of the show’s most memorable characters at a charity event in Southampton.
The Doctor’s faithful companion K-9 – pictured encountering toddler Isabelle Finegan and her mum Clare – and a Dalek paid a visit to Borders in West Quay Retail Park to help raise cash for the special baby care unit at Southampton’s Princess Anne Hospital.
Youngsters were also able to climb inside the famous Tardis to escape the Doctor’s enemies which included incarnations of his nemesis timelord The Master.
The event held by Hampshire sci-fi club USS Pendragon also included a tombola, drawing competition and charity dolls of the popular family show.
