Wildern School celebrate double success


STUDENTS at Wildern School in Hedge End are celebrating national success in photography and swimming competitions.

Jessica Nineham, 14, won her age group category in a wildlife photography competition run by Oki Printing Solutions with the Born Free Foundation.

She won a Nikon Digital Coolpix camera, an animal adoption kit and an Oki colour printer for the school.

Sophie Shears, 14, also won an animal adoption kit for her photograph.

The school has also seen success in the pool with Charlotte Bowen, 14, Emma Tinker, 14, Emily Jenkinson, 12 and Georgia Tosen, 14, achieving third place in the freestyle and individual medley relays in the National Schools Swimming Finals.
