More than £350,000 in unclaimed National Lottery prizes is waiting to be collected from players who bought their tickets in Hampshire.

A £50,503 Lotto prize – belonging to the owner of a ticket bought in Fareham – has not been claimed.

The winning ticket was purchased on Wednesday, April 15 and the numbers on that ticket matched five of the winning numbers, as well as the bonus ball.

Hampshire residents are being urged to check their pockets and wallets to see if they are the lucky holder of the elusive ticket.

The winning numbers from the draw were 5, 9, 18, 23, 31 and 39, and the bonus ball was 37.

A second ticket, bought in the New Forest for the draw on November 12, holds a value of £96,404.

And an unclaimed prize of £218,846 belongs to the holder of a ticket that was bought in East Hampshire for the November 29 draw.

If nobody comes forward to collect the cash, which totals £365,753, the prize money will go Good Causes, the organisation that hands out grants from the National Lottery.

A spokesman for the National Lottery said: “We’re desperate to find all these mystery ticket holders and unite them with their winnings. These amazing prizes could really make a difference to somebody’s life.

“We’re urging everyone to check their old tickets again or look anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding.

“Try checking in the pockets of clothing, in wallets, bags and down the back of the sofa – someone out there could literally be sitting on a fortune.”

Winning ticket holders have 180 days since the date of the draw to claim their prizes.

Anyone who believes they have a winning ticket for any of the draws within the 180-day deadline can call the National Lottery line on 0845 910 0000.
