A SOUTHAMPTON motorway has been partly shut tonight after an articulated lorry jack-knifed into the central reservation.
The lorry became detached from its cab while travelling along the M271 southbound around 50ft from junction 3 of the M27.
Police have shut the road northbound following the collision at 8pm. The driver of the lorry is not thought to be seriously injured.
