POLICE are hunting for a serial flasher who has exposed himself on at least two occasions in a Hampshire town.
The latest incident happened when a woman in her 30s was walking down Maunsell Way in Hedge End.
She looked up and spotted a youth riding on a mountain bike while exposing and touching himself.
Officers believe the description of the young man matches those relating to a similar incident in the same quiet residential area last month.
Then, a woman in her early 40s was left shaken when a youth began shouting lewd comments at her as she walked through Grange Park.
As he came nearer to the woman he exposed himself before running off.
The youth is described as being white, aged about 14 years old, with mid brown hair, which is reasonably long and can be seen curling upwards from under his blue cycle helmet.
He was wearing black tracksuit bottoms and black trainers.
