A HAMPSHIRE dog charity is desperate to sniff out some new canine-loving volunteers to help them socialise puppies.
Hearing Dogs for Deaf People is looking for volunteers in Hampshire to foster new canine recruits that will one day help transform the lives of people with hearing disabilities.
Young potential hearing dogs need to spend up to ten months with a foster family so they can get used to living at home, learning basic obedience and experience situations such as going to the shops.
Information days are being held at St Boniface Church Hall, Shirley, Southampton, on Monday and at Fareham Shopping Centre on November 24, both between 11am and 3pm.
