I walked my dog this morning.
It was a pleasant relief, clearing my mind, after pulling another munter at the Fawley club last night.

Hang on a second! This it the "Echo" website! Where are all the usual comments about how this "moron" should be forced to pay for using the emergency services that "our hard-earnt taxes" paid for? This is nowhere near reactionary enough, Echo readers. Come off it, you can do better than this

There are far too many exclamation marks for a readable article.
The use of the old-english word "earnt" proves that you have never grabbed a fox by the frills.
Your nebosh training has failed to make you consider the consequences to your health of trying to bat with the big boys.
The Solent is a wonderful playground for those of us who can handle the elements. Your disraceful comments do not spoil our fun.

So, in actual fact no-one rescued the windsurfer. He made it back to land by himself!
