GRAB those blue suede shoes - Elvis is coming to Southampton.
Following its smash hit success in London's West End, Elvis An American Trilogy, starring top tribute performer Alvin in the title role, arrives at the city's Guildhall on May 12.
In an all-live show supported by a large orchestra made up of some of the country's best musicians and hand-picked vocalists, this two-part spectacular is probably Britain's largest touring Elvis tribute show.
Following countless personal appearances, Alvin has been proclaimed as one of the finest Elvis tribute acts on the circuit today.
He has appeared in the role both on radio and on national television and was also among the finalists of GMTV's search for Britain's best Elvis.
Elvis An American Trilogy mirrors those classic 70s Vegas shows that made The King the immortal legend of rock.
All proceeds from the show will go to Hampshire cricketer Alan Mullally's Benefit Year.
Tickets cost £17. VIP tickets cost £40, including after-show champagne cocktail party and a chance to meet Alvin himself.
