IS YOUR builder heaven-sent? That's the question the construction industry's largest trade association, the Federation of Master Builders (FMB), is asking as it searches for Southampton's most angelic builder.
The category applies to smaller firms across the region where the builder has demonstrated outstanding levels of customer service.
FMB regional director John Turner said: "Often customers have to live with builders in their homes for several months. It is therefore vital there is a good personal relationship between homeowners and their builders.
"It seems builders who are willing to do that little bit extra to make the project work are really appreciated by their customers and make for a really successful building project."
