Geoff Rehr, director of ADR Network's Southampton office, explained: "ADR Resources has three operating divisions - ADR Network, ADR Managed Services and now ADR Executive."
He continued: "The new division, based in St Albans, has been set up to specialise in placing permanent candidates with major logistics companies, focusing on meeting recruitment needs for operational staff within transport and warehouse teams. Many companies spend a disproportionate amount of time recruiting at depot level. ADR Executive places a unique emphasis on matching the needs of clients with the aspirations and experiences of candidates."
