THE SOUNDS of traditional English music will fill the Church of St Nicholas in Wickham later this month.
An English season featuring four concerts is being staged there from April 19 to 23.
On Wednesday, April 19, Rob Marson will be performing songs with the theme "Across Europe to England" as Russian and German music meets English folk song.
On April 21, a string recital will see musicians, including some from the Hampshire Youth Orchestra, playing a programme including Bach's double violin concerto.
There will be chamber music for brass instruments, featuring St Nicholas's church organ, on April 22, and St George's Day clarinet and piano music on April 23.
