TWO men arrested over the murder of a Southampton man have today been released on police bail.
The pair were quizzed by detectives from the Major Crime Department after being arrested on Tuesday in connection with the death of Nigel Price, who was savagely attacked on Southampton Common in November last year.
The 58-year-old died last month, having not regained consciousness since being discovered face down in bushes.
Detectives have now released the two men, a 41-year-old from Hayling Island and a 36-year-old from Havant, on police bail, pending further inquiries, until mid-July.
