FIRE crews from Southampton and across Hampshire were called to tackle a blaze which has destroyed a mini-supermarket.
Around 50 firefighters were called to the blaze which swept through the Tesco Express store in the Westbrook Centre in Cowplain near Waterlooville.
Crews from St Marys and Hightown in Southampton were called to help fight the fire which saw the roof of the building collapse.
Members of the public nearby captured footage of the drama unfolding after 6.30pm yesterday.
Fire investigators are now looking into the cause of the blaze.
