Five bailed over alleged brawl

A GANG of men brawled in the street after a night out in Titchfield.

A group of three men started fighting with two men in the alleyway area of Chapelside and Titchfield Square on Saturday night.

But when the two men walked away, the trio jumped into the car of a friend and drove around to find them.

They spotted the pair on Southampton Hill 30 minutes later and jumped out of the car, where they all starting fighting again before police were called to break it up.

No one was seriously injured but most men sustained cuts and bruises.

Five men from the area aged between 18 and 42 were arrested on suspicion of a range of offences including assault and affray and have been bailed.
