A HAMPSHIRE woman was thumped in the eye after she refused to hand over cash to a gang of teenagers.
The 54-year-old was walking along a pathway between Elderberry Close and the park on Blackberry Drive in Fair Oak, when two of the eight youths asked if they could borrow some money. When she said no, they assaulted her, leaving her with a black eye and facial bruising.
