An office volunteer (preferably with some computing experience) is needed for Thursday mornings from 9.30 to 1pm to help run our Community Transport Scheme based at Evesham Volunteer Centre. This role involves taking transport requests from members of the public and subsequently allocating these requests to our team of volunteer drivers. Chernobyl 2000 is a local registered charity that provides support to social centres, orphanages, schools and hospitals in Belarus in the aftermath of the Chernobyl nuclear explosion. They are desperate for support with sorting, packing and the loading of vehicles for their next convoy to Belarus.
